Welcome to TFVision, operated by Munson Ventures LLC.

By accessing or using TFVision, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of the App

TFVision provides video-based athletic technique analysis and feedback.

• The app is intended for educational and informational purposes only
• You agree to use the app responsibly and lawfully
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service

2. No Professional Coaching Relationship

Use of TFVision does not create a coaching, medical, or professional relationship.

The app:

• Does not replace a coach
• Does not provide medical advice
• Does not guarantee performance improvements

3. User Content

By uploading videos, you:

• Confirm you have the right to use that content
• Grant TFVision a limited license to process and analyze the video

We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

TFVision may offer paid subscriptions, such as monthly or yearly plans.

• Payments are handled through third-party providers, such as Apple and Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Refunds are subject to platform policies

5. Accuracy of Analysis

TFVision uses a rules-based biomechanical system and AI-generated feedback.

As outlined in our internal system design:

• The app analyzes key frames, not full motion tracking
• Uses estimated angle ranges and detection logic
• May produce incorrect or incomplete results

You agree not to rely on the app as a sole source of truth.

6. Limitation of Liability

TFVision is provided "as is."

We are not liable for:

• Injuries
• Training decisions
• Misinterpretation of feedback
• Technical errors or inaccuracies

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
